Redundant/misleading 'Queue for transfer' button on Umbraco Forms Entries

Issue description

Umbraco 8.15.3 Deploy 4.1.3 Forms 8.7.6

On projects with more than one environment on Cloud, there will be an option to 'Queue for transfer' on 'Entries' in the Forms tab:

When clicking the 'Queue for transfer' button it will say that Entries will be put in the queue for transfer:

This is not a supported feature, however, and the Entries will not be put in the transfer queue, which will be empty and you will get 'Error: Invalid identifier. Parameter name: sid':
