Dear GCAM-China team:
I am a newcomer to the GCAM China model, so I am trying to run the default scenarios of the GCAM China model to see if everything works properly. When using the default configuration.xml, all models can be solved normally. However, when I use configuration_ssp.xml, I encounter an issue "Error: No Discrete Choice function set in NA, NA" (attached main log)
In the main log (Cannot set emissions factor of zero for fuel traded natural gas for region USA because the name does not match the market name or market does not exist), I am not sure if this will help solve this problem.
The same settings can run normally in the GCAM model, so I would like to know what issues have arisen in the GCAM-China model and how to fix them. Thanks so much!
As far as I know, the GCAM-China team has not refined this part yet. Perhaps modifying the scene components to accomplish the ssp-rcp path simulation is a good approach. I'll close this issue now.
