Document Scanner is a simple program that allows users to scan documents and save them in digital format. This project is implemented in C++ using the OpenCV library.
- Clone the repository
- Build the project using CMake
Run the compiled executable The program will process the vedio from your webcam and display the scanned output
- Edge detection: The program uses the Canny edge detection algorithm to detect edges in the pre-processed image.
- Perspective transformation: The program uses perspective transformation to correct the perspective of the scanned document.
- Image thresholding: The program applies thresholding to the transformed image to enhance its contrast and clarity.+
- Output image saving: The scanned output can be saved in digital format. License it is free and open-source project.
