Uncaught ReferenceError: React is not defined

What happens?

基于umi 3.0
主应用配置：

子应用是create react app 创建的老项目：
启动的时候会报出来标题错误，看umi 3.0 api

我在子项目里创建了此文件

真不知道还需要怎么配置呢？
