用qiankun搭建微前端后，当settings中的layout为side和mix的时候，手动点击浏览器的刷新页面，基筑内容可以正常加载，而中间的内如区域子应用无法加载，控制台打印发现子应用可以注册，但是子应用的生命周期一个也不触发，看加载的文件发现根本没有对应的子应用js，然后qiankun的loading一直在；当layout为为top的时手动点击浏览器刷新可以正常加载子应用
步骤：在side和mix的布局下点击菜单选中一个子应用显示在内容区，然后点击浏览器刷新按钮--------一直loading
在top布局下点击菜单选中一个子应用显示在内容区，然后点击浏览器刷新按钮--------正常加载子应用
