Add a support for status filed to comments.

The comments need a way to be premoderated if necessary. I.e. add a support for status_admin field perhaps to comments the same way like for most of the other content site-wide.
Perhaps it will be also necessary to have an additional "Manage page" where pending/waiting comments could be reviewed by admin and approved/deleted upon decision.
