1. Unconfirmed ones shouldn't be shown to 3d party users.
2. A user should be able to 'Confirm' and 'Deny' a relation created by the other user and related to him.
3. Add a setting which will disable the feature completely (hide blocks, menu links, privacy choices, etc).
