In this GitHub Blog post from October 21, 2011, several GitHub secrets are revealed. One of the most helpful is to see a diff with whitespace ignored. While performing a code review where a diff involves a lot of real changes mixed in with a bunch of less-meaningful whitespace, just add ?w=1 to the URL and you will see the diff with whitespace ignored!
