Currently the tooltips that display the values for each of the knobs and sliders are shown when a user hovers over that knob/slider. But if your mouse/finger leaves the control while you are interacting with it the tooltip disappears. The tooltip should be displayed if you are hovering over the control or if you are currently interacting with it, and other tooltips should not appear if you hover over their control while interacting with another one.
