Since we have removed all data related to EMBL, RefSeq and Proteomes from the Unipept database, all references to these things in the Unipept API have also been removed in this PR now.

The following Unipept API endpoints are affected by this decision:

  • pept2prot:
    • refseq_ids: property removed
    • refseq_protein_ids: property removed
    • insdc_ids: property removed
    • insdc_protein_ids: property removed
