Running the ucm command docs.to-html on the base library crashes ucm:

The reference in question #ags0v isn't even a term. Its the Doc type, and it does exist (pretty sure its not a constructor hash):

@hojberg Could you try this again? (It currently fails for me for a different unknown reason than in the report.)
