178 & 179: adjust ParsePosition description #180

I took the liberty to name it after the official docs .

In addition, I fixed some minor things where needed. Hope it doesn't create any conflict (in terms of approach) to what is asked in #178 .

Oh, looks like the quick look I had the other day at the issues was not that bad; while picking up this issue, I could recall I've seen two new issues regarding ParsePosition.
Anyway, all good, I've hit two issues without even noticing it 😆
