This PR updates our project to 2023.2.5f1 and updates all* our packages to be up-to-date and fix some glaring issues we might have added. Some minor performance fixes across the board and solves some cases where unity would constantly crash.
Addressables issues mentioned in #10250 have still not been fixed in this engine core's update.
*Addressables has not been updated yet because unity's developers are stupid bumfucks, they made the latest version even more broken so we're still staying on .2 instead .21
