Purpose
This PR stocks Aranclanos's new Mining Equipment Vendor with things to buy, using the prices from /tg/ as a guideline. Most are the same from /tg/; worth noting, the mining conscription kit is a lot cheaper here because our version is strictly worse as long as it doesn't come with working mesons, scanners, and access cards.
This PR also updates Box and Square station to have the new Mining Equipment Vendor. Notably, it also deletes and readds a table in Square station that was mapped to the wrong matrix (it was in medical but belonged to one of the shuttle matrixes), and also fixes a decompression issue with the same shuttle.
Lastly, this PR just slightly tweaks the descriptive text of the available currencies on ID cards to try and address some general confusion reported over the wording during the last Staging test.
