Thank you for your contribution.
Due to the fact that there are too much cloud providers I'll certainly need to find an API for that instead. Like a free version of this: https://www.ip2location.com/database/ip2proxy

PS: Fun fact I'm getting almost no bad traffic from AWS and Google Cloud.

FYI, I've started to make a list of existing solutions : searx/searx-docker#2
(for sure far there are other implementations).
