Create Media Use/Management Prototype

This issue seeks to create a prototype for the use and management of media using a combination of core and contrib modules:

• Media (core)
• Media Library (core)
• Entity Embed
• Entity Browser
• Inline Entity Form
• dropzonejs
• Inline Responsive Images (may use view modes instead)

I also anticipate writing a custom media plugin to handle UNL MediaHub content, which may leverage oEmbed.

Consider the following:

1. Use Rabbit Hole module to deny direct access to media entities
2. Instead of direct linking to files, link to media entity download instead (e.g. '/media/24/download' instead of '/sites/default/files/file.pdf') using Media Entity Download
