Help Installing Slickdeals-Discord-Bot

Hello I am trying to understand how I would install this in one of my discord channels. I know how to create a webhook in discord that isn't a problem but when it comes to github I am a beginner. If this was actually a bot you just connect to discord / invite to the server that would be easy for me. Any help on this would be greatly appreciate as I checked the readme but it didn't explain this probably because it is such a beginner question sorry for that. Thank you in advance!
