Snowflakes

Is there any snow outside? No? Then have snow on your desktop! :)

Just compile and launch Snowflakes.exe (or just download exe) to get snow on your screen. Merry Christmas :)

Technical details:

• target Framework is .NET 4.6.1 if you have trouble please install proper .NET Framework libraries
• to exit program close it from taskbar
• add by uoan33: move taskbar icon to tray；snowflake size is variable; ground(taskbar) can be covered by snowflake ; snowflakes blur
