What happened?

Epic #

How can we reproduce it?

Install provider aws rds : version 1:3.0
configure aws rds provider config
try to submit the crossplane config crossplane.yaml which I renamed as aws-rds-config.yaml in below command
k apply -f aws-rds-config.yaml

What environment did it happen in?
