As the uPort targets shift, so must the libraries.
This changeset makes the default account created by the SDK a simple
KeyPairaccount instead of aMetaIdentityManager-proxy contract account.This is a breaking change.
There is no need to include the fuelingservice anymore since KP accounts have to be self-funded.
