Summary of Changes

This is a draft of the conversion from HTML to jsx.

Hi @Abhijay007 , here's the initial conversion for the HTML file, which I've placed in: learn-more > history2.mdx. I left the original history.md unmodified. Kindly check if this is going in the right direction. So far, I've only added 2010 and 2013. Let me know if you'd like me to continue with the other years or if it's better to reassign. Thanks!
