Add a checksum to bun_migrations #832

Currently you can change migration files by mistake and they will not be run.
When applying a migration calculate a checksum of the file and add it to the bun_migrations table.

Add an addition db command check_applied to validate if the applied transactions match the checksums of the ones currently stored.
