Should have a boot message warning users to not boot a ship twice #2963

Many new users don't realize it's super important to move your pier instead of booting it again with your key. I doubt this can be effectively solved in documentation, so maybe we should have a prompt at boot that says "Type Y to confirm that you haven't started this ship anywhere else since you last personal breached" or similar. Obviously skip this for fake ships, and there should be an argument to skip this for scripts as well.

Some more elegant take on "and don't intend to delete it" may also be fitting
note that "at boot" can be "before sending any packets, after/while various things compiling" here
