wasted alot of time, energy and a modest dinner for 2's worth of money after i maxed out my free gh actions allocation last month and should've listened to my gut/done due dilligence on this being broken on account of msft/github as the steps work perfectly in an isolated container instance via offical docker ubuntu images. nonetheless there seem to be several issues that have been opened and closed wherein folks are requesting a fix to no avail, despite kind folks providing with shoddy workarounds (not knocking those who provided them mind you!). this is another commit with one such aforementioned workaround meant to act as aother reference and to provide more exposure those issues as it seems it's been happening for the past 2 years with no resolution. have included a list of those threads below: actions/runner-images#4589 uriparser/uriparser#144 Groestlcoin/groestlcoin@57350c8 actions/runner-images#675 actions/runner-images#3852 (comment)
