Als Mitarbeitende möchte ich an einem Feiertag meine Sollstunden mit 0 angezeigt bekommen, um zu wissen, dass ich nicht arbeiten muss.

  • Konfiguration von Feiertagen für das Unternehmen
  • Konfiguration von Feiertagen für einzelne Personen
  • Wie geht man mit Personen um, die an Feiertagen arbeiten?
  • Synchronisation der Feiertage mit der UV

add option to configure federal state (public holidays) for a person and
whether he/she works on public holidays or not.

closes #259
