Porites evermanni, Porites lobata, and Pocillopora cf. effusa colonies were collected in French Polynesia by the CRIOBE at Moorea. We will need to check our data against both Porites evermanni, Porites lobata here: https://www.genoscope.cns.fr/corals/genomes.html
