fish shell plugin : Change directory to select from ghq list

fisher add usami-k/fish-cd-ghq
- This plugin needs ghq command.
- This plugin needs fzf command.
- To change directory, run
gcommand. - For those who prefer using shortcut keys, we recommend decors/fish-ghq.
