Possible to call an existing saved request via PreRequest?

My scenario is:

• I created a GetToken request. In the Vars/PostResponse tab I save res.body.token to a MyTokenVariable
• I can then run other requests, with auth set to {{MyTokenVariable}}
• It works great, but I have to manually run the GetToken request each time it expires

Is it possible to trigger an existing request?

Here's a made-up example:
In PreRequest perhaps something like bru.ExecuteRequest("CollectionName.FolderName.MyGetTokenRequest")

I know I can convert the GetToken request to script and include the script in PreRequest but I prefer having it as it's own saved request rather than script
