A missing piece that is missing is a short description of how people can influence job submission.
A link to https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/infrastructure-playbook/blob/master/files/galaxy/dynamic_rules/usegalaxy/tool_destinations.yaml and a short explanation would be enough I think for the moment - until we have figured out what the future of sorting-hat is.
