EPATADA Continuous Data Flag Error

We received this e-mail about TADA_FlagContinuousDATA on July 3:

I've recently hit a roadblock when using the EPATADA package with the TADA_FlagContinuousData function. I'm getting an error message that I believe is on the EPATADA side and not on my end. Here's a screenshot:

Can you confirm if this is on the EPATADA end or if it could be user error? If it is on my end, do you know how to resolve this?
