Well I needed to update an application and it couldn't be updated while running, so I closed it. First problem was the Kdocker icon remained in the system tray. So you might think un-dock all and close Kdocker would solve the problem, no, all icons remained in the system tray and all application were un-docked and visible on screen. So re-docking the application hid them somewhere and there was no way to access them without killing Kdocker, which brought back all icons. I removed the system tray panel and then re-spawned it, getting rid of the icons but the same behaviour remains, Kdocker hides the apps and there is no way to see an icon for them anywhere. I should not have to restart my computer to dock an app.
