Small UI improvements

Hi - I am interested on how best to contribute to the frontend code of the site. I found a couple of small UI fixes and will look into more. Please expand info in CONTRIBUTING.md for how to help with frontend. For example:

To contribute changes to the CSS, I should be making the changes in the SASS and then running grunt in /modules/UshahidiUI

Requires node, npm, npm install of node_modules, plus Ruby gems:

• compass
• compass-csslint ( says it needs compass gem built from http://comcast.github.io/compass-csslint/ )
• color-schemer

Thanks for reaching out. You are welcome to contribute and send pull requests. Keep in mind that a lot of the UI is not complete, we are still in the dev release. Let me know how you would like to help specifically or if you have any questions.

Also, thanks for the dependency list. I forgot some of those.
