Form should be popping up in the members dashboard when a user doesn't have a full name in the db.

Confirming that this is still an issue. Tested on v2.6.1

I think this is still an issue. Tested and the form still doesn't pop up. Need a second eye before reopening. Can someone retest and confirm? @rjmackay @kamaulynder

@sharon what steps did you follow to produce this issue?
I think the behaviour described isn't quite correct. you'll likely only see the popup on crowdmap after a CMID user is automatically logged in. Otherwise there's no way to create users without a name
