Feature Request: Robust Report Importing Ability

I have thousands of reports sitting in a DB and not sure what to do with them. The existing import feature chokes on even small pieces of our spreadsheet import and there are no directions on how to use it properly.

Maybe even an upgrade to the import admin area using more of a GUI relevant to the presentation and placement of data like a spreadsheet interface where users can drag and drop info and normalize it according to pre-set Usha standards.
