Define architecture/structure of library in terms of sections to be considered

Overview

This piece of work will provide the backbone for the Process Doc. Based on a review of the existing doc and any already made changes to it we should identify:

• Most important overarching sections
• Any areas that lack clarity or have complete holes

Based on this we will define a clear library of documents and guides covering the sections defined in the above step.
