Mobile device not rendering surveys

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Mobile device Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not rendering the pages on the site when visiting all of the surveys (See photo attached).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

   This issue Occurs for all log in types (admin, public, and standard member)
