Describe the bug
In the create webhook view, the default value for event type and entity type drop-down menu is empty

Where was the bug observed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the 'dashboard'
2. Log in as 'Admin'
3. Click on 'settings'
4. Scroll down to 'webhook'
5. Click on the 'add webhook' icon
6. See error

Expected behaviour
The initial value of the drop-down menu should not be blank.
