Correct PID in XDS-I Imaging Document Source conformance test

In the test case "ids_2018-4801a - RAD-68: PnR KOS for Single Image Study", item 5 of the instruction list reads as follows:

Submit that KOS object using a RAD-68 transaction to the Repository/Registry simulator configured for your IDS SUT (e.g.: acme__rr). Use the following patient identifier with the RAD-68 submission:

IDS_2018-4801^^^&1.3.6.1.4.1.21367.2005.13.20.1000&ISO

However, the "Mappings" section above specifies that IDS_2018-4801a shall be used as the XDS DocumentEntry.patientId. While performing the tests, I noticed that IDS_2018-4801a (or, fully qualified, IDS_2018-4801a^^^&1.3.6.1.4.1.21367.2005.13.20.1000&ISO) is indeed the correct patient identifier to be used. Therefore, I think that the patient identifier specified in the instruction list should be corrected (from IDS_2018-4801^^^&1.3.6.1.4.1.21367.2005.13.20.1000&ISO to IDS_2018-4801a^^^&1.3.6.1.4.1.21367.2005.13.20.1000&ISO).
