(Windows) Stop Analysis Button #8

Issue: Stop Analysis Button on GUI does not stop the program.

Direct Symptoms:

SQlite data base will continue to build until the file is fully analyzed.
If you begin to analyze another or the same file the program will begin running multiple times in the background

Steps to Replicate Problem:

When I click the stop analysis button the program does not stop analyzing the data.
Start another run with the same or different settings.

Current Work Around:

To stop you must go into Windows Task Manager and "end task" on all MOSAIC processes.
