Netcat - Cycles Per Instruction is available from the AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/netcat-cpi-git/

Install some needed packages:
$ sudo pacman -S git linux-headers vorbis-tools

Download and compile:
$ git clone https://github.com/usrbinnc/netcat-cpi-kernel-module.git
$ cd netcat-cpi-kernel-module
$ make

Load the module:
$ sudo insmod netcat.ko

Set audio device for playback:
$ sudo nano /etc/libao.conf
write:
default_driver=pulse

Listen & enjoy:
$ ogg123 - < /dev/netcat
2147483647. [ROT13]
