LaTeX3 error: '\str_if_eq_x:nnTF' deprecated

LaTeX3 2020-01-12 更新后，ustcthesis 编译报错：

./ustcthesis.cls:210: Undefined control sequence.

暂时在 aa26736 临时解决一下。

之后会重写调用字体，同时也可以避免 ctex 更新不及时造成的问题。

把\str_if_eq_x:nnTF替换成\str_if_eq:eeTF就可以了。

这样没法兼容到 texlive 2017；目前 master 已经修复；之后打算像 fduthesis 一样拓展 fontset 发自我的iPhone
