This is the second beta of our codebase reorganization. While it's a follow-up to the previous beta, it's completely independent of that beta and does not use the Sass modules work from that earlier release.

This beta is focussed on our internal organization and the library that helps us build the design system itself. For all intents and purposes, this beta should be functionally equivalent to USWDS 2.12.0. If you install this beta release, please use it as you would have used USWDS 2.12.0. Please let us know if you encounter any errors by adding an issue to this repo with Library Beta 1 in the title.
