If you rage quit a channel, maybe helpbot should remind you about it if you try to join again.

"You rage-quitted #politics 3 months ago because '[thing you entered then]'. Are you sure you want to re-join?"

If helpbot sees you leave the channel, it should DM you and ask if anything is ok and if you want to talk to an admin about anything. It should also remember what you said so it can remind you of the conversation if it sees you re-join the channel.

This should become top priority for their developers.

Something like:

On observing a user leave a channel:

I see you've left #channel. Is everything ok? Is there anything you want to talk to the admins about?
[Everything's fine] [Talk to admins]
Why did you leave?
(remember response)

On observing a user re-join a channel they'd previously left:

I see you've rejoined #channel. When you left [time ago], you (talked to the admins and) said (previous response)
