windows10 arm acting up in UTM

Describe the issue
So, i downloaded windows 10 arm beta from the windows insider and also utm. I loaded every thing as expected, also the spice guest tools thing, and started. It proceeded to the windows setup as i knew it. When i was through with it i started installing the spice guest tools. From there things started geting unnormal. The guest tools setup was going through but i still had no network access. Not only ping wasn't working but nothing at all was loading. I tried fixing it and even restarted windows (the restart still worked), and still had no net so i decided it was time to look over the setings again. After i did this with no change cause every thing looked fine, i tried booting the vm again, but it just didn't boot at all and i cant make it boot anymore. It just is a blank screen with the text start boot option. When i press any key nothing at all happens.

If you need it i can upload either the plist or utm, there is no personal data in there since no real configuration happened yet, the thing is just 10 gb big.
