After installing Ubuntu 20.04 as described here: https://mac.getutm.app/gallery/ubuntu-20-04
it seems the forward and backward mouse buttons are not working.

xev -event button | grep button

Works fine when pressing left or right mouse button but does not output anything when pressing the forward or backward mouse button.
