Would be nice to be able to create arbitrary labels anchored to layers for generic notes on design specs.

  1. Select any Text layer
  2. Press ⌃ + ⌘ + L

Cool! The feature I was hoping for, though, was to have it be able to anchor to any selected layer as the other labels do. Text entry could be done through a dialog.
