Emailed again since didnt get response, they will look at our submission again over the weekend to give us more details

We got response. Basically we need to fix written material and show the robot finding, walking towards a ball and kicking it towards the goal in a more convincing way. Right now it doesn't look like the robot will be able to play actual games
