Added Utrecht JUG logo for our twitter handle

Apparently, Twitter performs some automatic edge cropping on your profile picture; given that our profile picture didn't have any white border/spacing as a surrounding, we needed to make one, so that it looks good in Twitter. This logo serves exactly this goal.
