This refactors the code of
chconin order to reduce the number ofunsafeblocks and keep them isolated.After this refactoring,
chconno longer depends directly on theselinux-syscrate.Most remaining
unsafeblocks relate to direct usage offts-sysAPIs. This usage is currently necessary in order to keep the behavior of ourchconsimilar to its GNU implementation.
