This refactors the code of chcon in order to reduce the number of unsafe blocks and keep them isolated.

After this refactoring, chcon no longer depends directly on the selinux-sys crate.

Most remaining unsafe blocks relate to direct usage of fts-sys APIs. This usage is currently necessary in order to keep the behavior of our chcon similar to its GNU implementation.
