Umm pull & merge my latest changes and see if it builds. I changed the CI script so it uses our Docker image to build.

I don't really want to merge this into development unless it's been tested as working - not just building. Development is for stuff we know is working well.

It's not ready to be merged. I haven't requested review yet. I'll let you know when I'm done with it.
